Is there anyone out there involved in the NolaWise...
I am interested in speaking with anyone who has had any work done at their house through the NolaWise Program. I had an energy audit done by them at no charge and am looking for feedback on the quality of work done by the recommended contractors. Does anyone have any info?

Ever noticed how some water meters are situated well below grade, like this one at 3620 Nashville? This makes the meter hard to access and read, plus it poses a significant tripping hazard.

Lane Striping Work Begins on Claiborne
Now that repaving efforts have been completed on South Claiborne Avenue, it’s time for contractors to repaint traffic lanes, shoulders and parking zones. Crews have spent the past 48 hours spray-painting outlines which specialized machinery will follow during this final phase of work, laying down reflective white and yellow lines that Claiborne currently lacks.

I encourage others to call or write CapitalOne to request that they add security devices outside the University branch office, in case any more customers get held up. The last time it happened (last month), no video of the incident was recorded! (They replied, acknowledging the need for more security of this type at that location.)
