Fix ‘er Up!

I have great news!  My colleague Diane Izzo is listing the house at 3803 State Street Drive, right across the street from my duplex.  This soon-to-be-former-eyesore went onto the MLS today.  I intend to tell everyone I know!  Let’s get this place sold to someone who make it nice again!
