Cut Flowers for Valentine’s?

We learned that flowers (irises) were cut from a Vincennes resident’s garden the week of Valentine’s Day. Has this ever happened to you??

"NOPD has received several complaints that packages delivered by UPS and USPS have been taken off porches. Some packages get delivered even though they required a signature. If you are expecting a package, please track it and try to have someone home on delivery day. The 2nd District is aware of the situation and if an officer sees a package on a porch they are instructed to knock in an effort to advise the resident."

House-casing Criminal Caught on Vincennes

Thursday evening, NOPD was summoned by alert Vincennes residents who noticed a bike-riding young man casing houses. His routine included ringing the doorbell of any residence with no car out front, then roaming around back when no one answered. NOPD responded swiftly and apprehended the individual, who is a known criminal, in the 3600 block.
