Petition CapitalOne Bank to add exterior surveillance cameras

I encourage others to call or write CapitalOne to request that they add security devices outside the University branch office, in case any more customers get held up.  The last time it happened (last month), no video of the incident was recorded!
(They replied, acknowledging the need for more security of this type at that location.)
