S&WB Raises Sunken Water Meters
Ever noticed how some water meters are situated well below grade, like this one at 3620 Nashville? This makes the meter hard to access and read, plus it poses a significant tripping hazard.

Sewerage & Water Board will rectify the problem (for FREE) if you simply call their Emergency Hotline at 529-2837 (press option 1). Be prepared to give an address and nearest cross street.
S&WB will send out a work crew to raise the top of the “meter box” using a steel collar, just like they did last week (below) in the 3200 block of State.
